Valentin Guillod has confirmed his practice crash and the injuries he sustained.

And sadly the news isn’t good. As you can see from the post below, his left leg is in a full cast.

It’s news that has understandably gutted the talented KTM rider who had planned to race at the pre-season Hawkstone International on February 4.

“Canā€™t believe it, after all the job we did this winter,” Valentin wrote. “Thanks to the people who helped me at the track, my mechanic @decyriel81 and my team @standingktm.”

Guillod isn’t the only Standing Construct KTM rider to be hit with injury this week with team-mate Kevin Strijbos also suffering a practice crash, which has left the Belgian with a broken collarbone.
