Max Nagl will continue to race in the FIM Motocross World Championship next season after securing a deal with a German team.

His deal with KTM Sarholz Racing Team marks a return to a brand where it all began for the 31-year-old German. “Everything started with Burkhard and Edith, with the team I have celebrated my first big successes,” remarked Nagl. “It all started with the 85cc engine and then ended with the switch to the KTM factory team in 2008.”

KTM Sarholz Racing Team feels they have delivered coup for their 2019 season with the signing of the former vice world champion. “When we heard that the project with TM and Max would probably not go on, we did not think long and made contact,” said the Niederrossbacher racing stable.
