The latest big name to agree terms with RideoffroadUK for the Iron Man Xtreme Enduro is HM Plant Red Bull KTM’s MX2 GP star Jake Nicholls.

Jake, a self-confessed enduro fan, will be competing in the event on October 29th at Low North Park near Scarborough. Nicholls has already been training on the technical aspects of extreme enduro riding and will be joined by another newcomer, Jamie Law. Jamie who trains with Jonny Walker knows exactly what to expect from this crossover event and is extremely looking forward to getting stuck in.

“I’m excited about doing the enduro,” reckons The Reverend. “I always ride a little bit of enduro in the winter for fun but this will be my first extreme enduro. I am nervous but excited at the same time about it as I know how tough it will be especially against the competitive field of trials and enduro riders.

“I will be practising the next couple of weeks on as many man-made and natural obstacles as I can to try and be more prepared for the race. I hope there will be some motocross fans there to support me on the day!”

“I had my arm twisted by Jonny Walker to do this,” admits Jamie. “He’s been on at me for ages to get an enduro done. I’m sorting a bike with Neil from Triple D and looking forward to doing a bit of hard training after the supercross with JW. I hope everyone will cheer me on when I’m going down the ‘chicken’ route!”

These new signings will be joining top names already signed up including Brad Anderson, Jonny Walker, Wayne Braybrook and Jack Challoner.
