RHL Activities has announced that the venue for the second round of the Judd KTM British Youth National Motocross Championship on April 14/15 has been moved to another track.

The round previously scheduled at Brampton will now be held at the popular circuit of Preston Docks MX in Lancashire.

Preston Docks is a sand track with deep, loamy berms, rhythm sections, and tabetops, which has previously been the venue for many national events including a round of last year’s Maxxis ACU British Motocross Championship.

In fact, last year at Preston Docks MX1 rider Graeme Irwin took his Maxxis ACU British Motocross Championship title, while DRT Racing Kawasaki rider Darian Sanayei took the overall win in the MX2 class at the popular British circuit.

RHL Activities is looking forward to hosting the Judd KTM British Youth National Motocross Championship at the northern venue as part of its six-round series for 2018. “I am pleased to have secured Preston Docks for the second round of the Judd KTM British Youth Motocross Championship,” said RHL Activities Gareth Hockey. “Unfortunately, due to a clash with another event, we have had to move venues and as such, we felt that Preston Docks would be a good choice following the feedback we had from riders at the end of last year.”
