The ACU has responded to the announcement that Maxxis will no longer be the title sponsor of the ACU British Motocross Championship, ending an association that has lasted well over a decade.

In a press release from the Auto-Cycle Union, the Motocross Business and Commercial Manager Tim Lightfoot said the ACU is thankful for the long-standing partnership and that they are now looking ahead to the 2020 season.

“Maxxis Tyres have been synonymous with the ACU British Motocross Championship for the past 14 years. In what has been a most successful partnership for both parties, we would like to thank Maxxis Tyres for their longstanding support and wish them every success in developing their brand on the international stage.
