The 2015 season kicked off for Team Park Lane IDS Transport KTM at their official launch last weekend. Riders and team members were welcomed to the headquarters of team sponsor, IDS Transport and it was the first chance to see new bike livery, new kit and team branding.
The 2015 team will consist of reigning AMCA MX1 champion Luke Mellows, with Brandon Benjamin also competing in the MX1 class. Carl Benjamin and Josh Waterman will contest the very competitive MX2 class, with Aaron Patstone the lone schoolboy rider on the team.
During the new season, Team Park Lane IDS Transport KTM will contest the AMCA British Motocross Championships and Superclass, some Michelin MX Nationals and some select events, which will see the riders test themselves to the full on the new 2015 KTM range.
The team extend a special thanks to Des at IDS Transport for a fitting location – the team launch included the use of the limited edition Scania Golden Griffin lorry bought to celebrate 30 years of IDS Transport.
