Arenacross Tour fans will be able to up the excitement stakes in the New Year by having a flutter via a swipe-to-bet mobile app after promoter ASL signed a deal with Pitstop Betting.

The Pitstop Betting platform is delivered through an exclusive motorsports-dedicated app thatā€™s downloadable through the App Store and Google Play. AX fans wonā€™t be restricted to just betting on Pro and Pro Lites race results and will be able to place wagers on categories such as best British rider, whoā€™ll crash when and where and whoā€™ll grab the holeshot.

Gamblers must be over the age of 18 and the maximum bet placed will be limited to Ā£50 with a minimum of just Ā£1.

ā€œPitstop is solely focused on the motorsport market and so Arenacross is a great addition to our current portfolio,ā€ said PSBā€™s CEO Simon Vumbaca. ā€œI am excited for Pitstop to be involved with the AX community and to introduce it to our unique betting experience.

ā€œOur app provides users with the perfect platform from which to engage with motorsport, offering in-depth statistical and news tools making it even easier for fans to put their knowledge to the test as they play ā€“ and win ā€“ in all formats of Arenacross.ā€

ASL boss Matt Bates is delighted with the deal. ā€œIt is great to have secured what is a landmark partnership ā€“ not just within Arenacross but motocross in the UK ā€“ with Pitstop Betting becoming the first-ever betting partner of Arenacross,ā€ he said. ā€œArenacross is the perfect event for people to have fun and quickfire flutters on their favourite riders.

ā€œPlaying with Arenacross should only be fun and enhance the overall show experience. It’s been a long-term ambition of mine to see people being able to legally bet at Arenacross, I think it will only add to the already incredible atmosphere.ā€

Arenacross Tour tickets are on sale now with prices from just Ā£12 for a child on Friday evenings and substantial discounts available for two-night tickets. Arena doors will open at 6pm with the opening ceremony getting under way at 7.30pm.
