First there was Ricky, now there’s James… Just when it seemed like Ricky Carmichael’s retirement might open up the AMA Outdoor Nats and allow some decent competition, James Stewart finally put a full and healthy season together and showed that he could be just as dominant. Going forward it looks as though the series is his for the winning for as long as he wants it - fortunately for the competition it seems like Stewart will be concentrating on Supercross for the foreseeable future…

James Stewart came, saw and conquered France on his debut at the legendary Bercy Supercross this weekend, sweeping to victory more or less at will on his L&M Yamaha all three nights and coming away from the meeting undefeated.

Weston Beach Race 12th October 2008. Shaun Simpson ­ KTM UK rounded off his 2008 season with an unexpected second place on his debut at the World famous Weston Beach Race. The three-hour sea front battle at Weston-Super-Mare was won by the sand man himself Stefan Everts, who will be Simpson¹s mentor when he moves to the factory KTM team next year.
