The video on Instagram, which you can see below, makes for gruesome viewing and we suggest you only hit play if you've got a strong constitution.

Along with the video, Kenny showed his willpower to recover with the message to his fans: "This arm will be raised the highest after my next win #dontcallitacomeback."
